I don't think I've ever "met" a Coldplay song I didn't like but this one is a little different. I love it. It's energy, and the lyrics are great. It sounds pretty sappy especially with a title like Every Teardrop is a Waterfall but it's quickly becoming a favorite. I love the little guitar parts in the back and Chris Martin's vocals - Coldplay, I think you've just released my summer song.
I turn the music up, I got my records on
I shut the world outside until the lights come on
Maybe the streets alright, maybe the trees are gone
I feel my heart start beating to my favorite song
I love hearing your thoughts on this...I as uncertain about this (I mean, the album artwork is kind of awful...) but I am liking the song more and more and more!
